For all those that went to fan day today what are your thoughts?

I went and took a look at both the new Disch and the NEZ during my visit to Austin last weekend. I think that overall, they've done a really great job. The exterior has been upgraded ten-fold and the new RF bleacher area looks awesome. However, I think a little extra effort could've gone a way to enhance the overall look of the new stadium. Both the scoreboard and press box areas look very old when compared to all the brand-new features, so I think the new project has a bit of an "incomplete" look to it.
Overall though, outstanding job. Can't wait to see all the new amenities during my next visit at the end of March.

My biggest question is concerning the light posts along the 1B side...those things caused a major obstructed view for people sitting in the RF bleachers, have they moved them at all?
Yes, lights are on top of the grandstand covers now. No posts at all.
I took some picts from my cell. Dont hate the quality.
Its extremely nice. Concourses are MUCH wider, although some parts are still under construction. Suites arent finished yet, but they're hoping to get it ready by next Friday. All in all, looks great.
In one of the postgame Q&A session, one of the players mentioned that the locker rooms were the nicest he's ever been in.

It finally looks like a stadium befitting of national champions. Now if they would only put in a grass field . . .
