I guess I never really thought about this until today. I'm flipping through some stats on NFLreference.com and realized something.

Between 1970 and 1995 the Cowboys went to 14 NFC Championship games. Holy shit! Out of the 26 NFC Championship games........Dallas was in 14 of 'em.
Including...

5 consecutive in the early '70s
3 consecutive in the early '80s
4 consecutive in the early '90s

Not at all, wide. I'm a Broncos fan (my Dad is from Denver, so that was our team growing up). I loathe the Texans, actually.

I was really just trying to stir the pot with my post. The Cowboys have a great history. They really do.

I dislike Jerry Jones, but the rest of the team this year is pretty fun to watch.

It's true Dallas hasn't won a playoff game in quite some time. But check with me in a about a month and ask that same question. :tounge:
