i'm doing decent w/ my goals, not great.
1st week i made 2 yoga classes and rode 20 miles - 1 ride.
2nd week i made 2 yoga classes and rode 24 miles - 1 ride. jacked my back up pretty bad so i missed 2 opportunities to go to yoga - could barely walk.
this is week 3 and i already have 2 yoga classes done and should get 4 in, w/ a ride on sunday (i'm riding w/ the jack and adam's sunday morning training ride - never know until you're there how long they are).
i can really only ride one day a week until the time change, and then i should be able to get a 2nd or 3rd day in after work. for some reason i've been a huge pussy and not done any of my pushup workout, even though it's ridiculously easy - need to make that happen. only cheated a couple of times - one trip to the chinese buffet (1 plate only), a bag of flipz choc covered pretzels and a couple of beers/$#@!tails (twice - and low calorie $#@!tails at that). weighed myself sunday and i'm down 8lbs or so.
