I'm liking Florida -3.5 at Alabama tonight.
Texas 2nd half is quickly becoming my standard bet every time they play... Texas -3.5 tonight was EASY money...
Hit big on UT and Florida. Thanks for the tip on the Gators.
Didn't post it out of respect for the Horns, but I knew we would choke tonight. Enough to put 5 units on Baylor +2 and another 2.5 units on the Baylor ML.
Tonight, Notre Dame hosts West Virginia in what I thought was a seemingly innocuous Big East Game. After realizing it was Ash Wednesday though, I had to load up on WVU. Clearly ND's players will be too focused on lent to play basketball.
Right now, the line I got is WVU +3. Seems a little bit low, but considering we lost the first game by 4 despite getting 0 points from our second leading scorer (16 PPG) I'm not too uncomfortable with only getting three points.
It's not an obscene amount of money ($75), but I'll be able to shut my roommate (HUGE ND homer) up for awhile.
I don't bet a lot of college hoops but I like Marquette tonight against W. Virginia. Marquette is playing really well right now and W. Virginia isnt. I kind of like Princeton tonight as well getting 11 at Harvard.
Don't bet on WVU much, but was able to make up my loss on the ND game and then some by taking them against Marquette.
Ive added a teaser. Jackson St. +11.5 and ND +11.
I did a parlay tonight of Kansas -8/.5 and some NHL advice from BritishHorn.
I liked the Okie Dokes +9 at home, yes I bet on the hobbit tonight.
today i like txtech vs. oSu under 122.5 and aggy vs. ou under 123.5

how do you guys feel about halftime lines, particularly the O/U? I've been having some moderate success on the pros, anyone do this on college?
I will play the teams if the half time is way off the original line and have success doing that. I will also play totals the same way. For example if the original line on a college game is 140 and at the half they are only at 60, I will play the over on any halftime line that is considerably (10 pts or more) less than 80.
Missou -5 over Texas. Kansas -6 over Baylor tonight. Thoughts? I did a 5pt teaser with Tx+10, Baylor +11, confident about UT but not Bears who are flaky.
With all due respect to our squad, Mizzou -5 feels like a lock. Tigers are on a warpath. They want Kansas. If Kansas wins, I love Mizzou. But if Baylor pulls the upset, Mizzou could mail it in. I like us to cover and maybe even pull the upset.

you like any of these 7pt teasers? Usually the book requires at least 3 teams for this teaser - some books allow up to 12 teams (or more) with a 7pt teaser

Took USF parlayed with unders tonight for 50. $#@! was a lock until $#@!ing cal decided to foul the entire last minute down 18.
What the $#@!? Cost me 130 just to look like $#@!face $#@!s fouling for no reason...
Public is all over Cincy... Texas is the play?
I have made at least one play on every game. Currently sitting at 4-18-1. Welcome back to gambling Baboon.

hard to believe Florida is a 1.5 dog to Marquette, who is a good team but the Gators are steamrolling people.
Also thinking about NC State +8 vs. Kansas
thoughts?
Virginia was crap and Norfolk didn't show up and / or was still drunk from celebrating the Mizzou win. Don't disagree that Donovan Fla playing well, but no way I bet against Jae Crowder and that team. They basically were playing a road game against Murray State. And they just nutted up in the last 8 minutes and took that game over. That is a tough, tough group.
I'm teasing Kentucky -4 and Xavier +11. Also on Syracuse at -3.5.
I'm all over Nc St. They are the hottest team in the tournament right now and I've ridden then to 4 straight wins including the ACC tournament. Ill ride them til they lose and I'm getting 8.
i'm no gambling expert or anything, but i've had a good run this year on NIT underdogs, especially the 4 vs 5 seeds in the first round. The teams all suck about the same, yet the spreads are pretty large. For example, i've bet the spread on 8 NIT games. 6 times on the underdog, went 5-1. Overall in the 8 games i've bet, the underdog has covered 6 times. (bet the favorite twice and went 1-1).
I stay away from the close spreads. the ones i've won were Nevada +6.5; Middle Tenn +4.5; Illinois St +8.5; Umass +7.5; and Oregon +5 (though i got very lucky with oregon).
Just my 2 cents.
I see Nevada +6.5 tonight vs stanford as of now. Haven't really looked into it yet but might take it
disclaimer: I'm a little bit in the red overall on the NCAA Tournament, so i'm not a great college basketball better in general.
Kentucky -8.5 over Lville
Ohio St -2.5 over Kansas
