Decided to make a Tiffany Cake. Had a Tiffany pastry at Sucre in New Orleans back in December.
Start out by making a raspberry puree:
Heat 1 cup puree, butter, and bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler until melted:
Stir in flour and then pour into a spring-form pan & bake for 10 minutes:
Let it cool while you prepare the Raspberry gelee.
