I see they let Mel Kiper out of his coffin again...
I see they let Mel Kiper out of his coffin again...
So how is Dallas gonna Fcuk this up? I have low hopes
Rueben Randle? Tonight is only the first round, right? Some of these guys shouldn't have accepted the green room invitation.
$#@!kkk chris berman
trey wingo needs to be at the draft.. not berman..
I hope they take richardson. The kid is built like a tree. I dont mind Blackmon though. They should go WR/RB or RB/WR in the first round
I just got an espn email alert that the Browns gave up their 4th, 5th, and 7th round picks to move up from 4th to 3rd in the first round? Is that right? I'm no draft expert, but that sounds like about the dumbest thing I've heard all week.
Are they trying to make sure they get Richardson? Or, gasp, Tannehill?! The last I heard was that Colt made major strides during the offseason so far and they were totally okay with him as their guy heading into next season.
What is going on?
Any way RG3 doesn't go to the Redskins? The more I listen to the guy the more I like him, and I'd really hate to have to pull against him in the NFC East.
@Tx
The Browns thought another team was going to move up, I forget which one, to pick up Richardson. So they traded away those picks to ensure they pick up Richardson. Seems fair considering they have 13 picks this draft, so they had a few to spare. You'll only know if it was worth it a few years down the road.
Another edit:
That Durant commercial for the playoffs is amazing... I've said this a bunch, but what a great ambassador as an athlete for the university...

ive always thought the NFL draft needed more rapping. thank you espn.
I don't feel like confirming this, but this is probably going to be the first time in Draft history that the top 3 guys from that year's Heisman Race also go in the top 3 spots in the draft, albeit in a different order.
NFL Network's poll question is who will be a better pro: Andrew Luck or RG3? RG3 leading 61 to 39 percent.
cleveland can take someone like kendall wright or alshon jeffrey with their 2nd pick.
I swear if Washington and Indy take the entire time to make their picks, I am going to kill a baby.
Reportedly, Jacksonville is looking to move up from 7 to 4 to take Blackmon. If true, Minnesota might end up with 20 picks this year.
3 time academic All American.. good job Tannehill. I guess they didnt have any football awards to show
Thank God Suzy Kolber is there with her "insight".....
Of course tannehill will be available at 8, because no one else is stupid enough to draft him that high.
There is no reason to use a high 1st round draft pick on a RB not named Adrian Peterson. To waste a high 1st, 4th, 5th, and 7th is the height of retardation
Good job, Cleveland!
In honor of Hines Ward's retirement, I am dining on homemade fried rice and Serrano pepper chicken.
Ok...let the draft begin!
If Miami's fans want Tannehill, like Rachel Nichols claims, they must be masochists.
does anyone find this intro sorta gay? A lot of sweaty dudes without shirts on
My problem with Wright is, that you can get someone like Broyles much later who has proven more and has a heigher floor than Kendall Wright. Wright does have a heigher ceiling, but he is also much more raw than Broyles. Broyles can be an almost Derrick Mason type, who isn't an elite talent, but they thrive on running great routes, having great hands and outworking the secondary.
What's going to hurt Alshon is that there are so many receivers in this draft that have roughly the same physical skills that he has - Floyd, Hill, Fuller, Criner, Randle, Streeter, Jones, amd Toon. I do think he is more polished as a receiver than all of those guys though and probably is the best wideout in the draft as I'm not too keen on Blackmon.
wouldnt be surprised if the rams move down again, pick up some more pics
on ESPN the Ray Lewis speech is new....and yet already ..... old
not sure who is the red-coated rapper...
Kendall Wright is vastly superior to Broyles.
Cleveland got $#@!ing fleeced.
I think Denver trades out of the first round.
Ha ha, the fans really don't like Roger $#@!head.
i cant imagine how boring it must have been to attend the draft before smart phones.
Yeah, I get that they had a ton of picks. I just hate using a high first rounder on a running back when their shelf life is an average of like three years. And to give up 4th, 5th, and 7th rounder to move up one freaking slot to make sure you get that rb you want? Insanity. Those middle round picks ain't worthless - wasn't Owen Daniels like a 4th round pick?! Seems like a stupid move to me.
Rumor has it Cleveland wants to move into the back end of the first round to get a third first round pick. $#@! you Cleveland if you draft a QB.
