Post common terms and what they mean
Good locker room guy = not a gang member
articulate = carlton
Interesting pick = dumbass pick, GM will be fired at end of next season
high motor, coach on the field, great work ethic, and gym rat = unathletic white player. As soon as I saw Tank Carder get picked, I said watch them call him a coach on the field. 10 seconds later Mayock calls him a coach on the field type guy.
tweener = not good enough at any position to have been drafted...so we're saying we picked him up as a vital cog for our special teams
"A project"=a player who might make a Canadian Football League roster
A knockout special teams player = a guy who can run fast in a straight line but can't do $#@! else.
Can do a little bit of everything = Not very good at any one thing
High motor is the most $#@!ing annoying new term ever. It's worse than the NBA's "wingspan".
So-called experts start using "high motor" as a crutch from the 3rd round on because they don't know $#@!all about the actual player.
And with their fourth round pick, The Cowboys... = massive reach coming your way
Overachieved- I was wrong about this guy, but I'm not going to admit it.
Team player = If anyone needs some reefer look him up.
Coach on the field...Nah.. better leave that alone.
