    Noticed that too starting around last weekend. I heard someone saying something about insects of all sorts being worse because of fewer ground freezes, or some $#@!. Dunno much about insects.

    Ha, I did this on the back porch too. I must have killed 15 or so within about 5 minutes. Felt like a cross between a ninja and Ted Bundy.

    Can't leave my door to the backyard open without a swarm hitting up my house. All insects are worse right now. When ever we leave the house, we have to swat away about 20 mosquitos. Moths are pounding our windows at night. I sprayed the yard and outside of the house a week ago and it did nothing to get the bugs away. We're $#@!ed. Stock up on spiders.

    this works really well though i'd keep it outside and at least 10 feet away from where people are going to be hanging out. it's non-toxic but stinks. we go through probably 3 bags every summer- by the end of your first bag literally 2/3 of the bag will be full of dead flies. at least 500 or so flies in there. it's gross but awesome.

    thanks professor. that's why i asked if it was just me. it apparently isn't. i mean, i've walked my yard and they ain't no bodies. ain't no cats $#@!ting in the sandbox. there are a few beer cans outside, but no rotting meat. probably need to clear out the beer cans though. could be part of the problem. but man.

    Thanks for the tip, will pick some up tonight. I have chickens and goats, fortunately the bajillion flies at my house hang out in their areas and land on them / eat their crap.

    this works really well though i'd keep it outside and at least 10 feet away from where people are going to be hanging out. it's non-toxic but stinks. we go through probably 3 bags every summer- by the end of your first bag literally 2/3 of the bag will be full of dead flies. at least 500 or so flies in there. it's gross but awesome.
    I have used that before and it does stink to high heaven. They make a huge one for stables. Holds 30k flies.
