    Troubador, indeed.

    Just because. I know some of y'all hate on him. Hell. The dude may have $#@!ing ghosted as far s I know. All I know bout him is he seems cool. He likes to shoot stuff. He likes the $#@! out of Baseball. And he seems relatively normal. Like the kind of normal that I think is normal. Which may be crazy.

    But as far as I am concerned, the cat is Texas $#@!ing Steel.So God $#@!ing bless him. Was listening to some King George. This tune dialed up. I thought of $#@!ing Cajun.

    Favorite country artist ever. Have a picture of me and him somewhere at my parents house...I was 2 years old and he is holding me in a parking lot in El Paso. Not ashamed to say it. Have 2 autographed guitars. Was at his last show at Texas Stadium. Was there when he opened Cowboys Stadium. Sorry if you are too stuck up to like the guy...it is really your loss.

    I love me some Strait, but I thought this thread would be about the original Texas Troubador, Ernest Tubb. When I was a kid and my dad barbecued, the music was all ET, Charley Pride, and Hank Sr. Good memories.

    Oh, and Amarillo by Morning is one of my top three travelling songs. I get an itchy foot every time I hear it.
