someone brought over a $#@!load of red hook ESB. not really my thing, but it will get consumed.
24 Lone Star
5 Bud Light
4 Lone Star Light
I'm ready for the weekend :D
Carta Blanca, Modelo Especial, Miller Lite and Shiner Bock.
Not much as usual as we had a bunch of folks over for the Cowboys' season opener and everybody was much thirstier than last year it seemed. I'm down to one Shiner Leicht, a random Miller Lite or four, some old-ass Bud Light and one Negra Modela. I need to get back to Central Market for restocking.
Pilsener de El Salvador.
This is the most delicious beer I've had in a long time. It's beautiful.
picked up shiner sampler case at costco:
4 spezial leicht
4 black lager
also got about a half case of High Life (my normal sport-drinking beer) and a couple Lone Star floating around back there.
15 or so miller light
6 or so naturals
3 tecate lights
2 divine res. #6
1 bud light
I've got some beer drinking to do tonight.

A cube of Lone Star Light helped me shelter the storm. I also had a couple St.A's Divine Reserves in case of a dire emergency.
Oh, there were also a few Sierra Nevada Pale Ales in the 'frig that somebody had left. I knocked back a couple of those and the Leicht during last night's Cowboys-Eagles game.Originally Posted by C-Man

Went to Cosco last night. Good prices, but not a terribly high selection. No problems, though. Picked up ...

1 - 24 pack Coors Light cans
1 - 24 pack Bud Light cans
1 - 24 pack Shiner Family Sampler Pack bottles
1 - 24 pack Mexican Beer Sampler Pack (XX, Modelo, Sol, Tecate) bottles
I prefer bottles to cans, so the cans will be used for the tailgating this weekend.
Big fan of the Leinie Oktoberfest...the fridge is protecting 22 out of 24
That brings a tear to my eye.Originally Posted by Damor

just added a sixer of Leffe, and two bottles of Aventinus.
Back from the game, a night in Austin with the wife away from the boys, and a glorious trip to Central Market this afternoon.
I love it when my wife eggs me on in the beer aisle -- "Ooh, you don't have any of that one. I haven't seen you drink this in a while."
It's like she's talking dirty to me.
Life is pretty $#@!in' bueno.
Right now I only have Coors Light bottles and Rolling Rock bottles. Oh yeah, one Shiner Black bottle, too. I need to make a trip to the store soon.
I love how you still have some of the Divine #4.

6 St. Arnolds Lawnmower
1 Chimay Grand Reserve
some Natty (for the farm)
Time to stock back up
Recently tried out Rogue Chipotle Ale and Boulevard Irish Ale (seasonal I believe). Both were pretty good.
Chipotle Ale- definitely had a smoky spicy flavor to it but it wasn't too spicy. A good dinner beer.
Boulevard Irish ale- more of a red toasty ale and I liked it a lot. I have only had Boulevard Wheat before and I liked them both about the same. I have never been a big fan of the red ales but this one was pretty easy to drink and had a nice flavor as well.
6 St. Arnold Spring Bock
3 Shiner 100
2 Brooklyn Lager
1 St. Arnold Summer Pils
1 Shiner Black Lager
1 (big) Chimay Grande Reserve
1 Spaten Optimator
1 Full Sail Session
1 Real Ale Brown
Total beer steal today. The liquor store at Ft. Lewis had Redhook cases (6 each of the Winterhook, ESB, Blonde and Longhammer IPA) for 13.49 a piece. That was so nice that I grabbed two of those, a bottle of Jack and a bottle of rum for about $60. I'm might have to go back tomorrow and pick up 3-4 more.
I need to head to the store, myself. Re-stocking time ...
Just added to my collection this weekend (birthday gift). Now how the $#@! am I supposed to drink this?
Seriously, that's enough Chimay to get a couple dozen of us drunk. Party?
Drink much Chimay? That's a magnum, padnuh. 2-4 people won't make a dent in that.Originally Posted by juz
