and know this is the last Sunday your team will have no losses?
I, as a Sooner rarely have that feeling. Oh, I did in 05 when it was obvious OU was in complete rebuilding mode & kinda thought maybe KSU in 00 would knock us off in Manhatten but, other than that, pretty much think my Sooners are going to win every Saturday.
I'm sure this is a week every Texas fan/player/coach dreads the most.
It's OU/Texas week.
OU is going to spoil your dreams of an undefeated season again & the best you can hope for is to maybe bounce back & run the table & get to go to the Holiday Bowl again & finish on a high note by knocking off some also-ran team that probably has around a .500 record.
I just wonder what it's like to know all week you're about to get hammered by your biggest rival on national TV & there's really nothing you can do other than wish you didn't have to play the vaulted OU team every year.
Do you start looking at next weeks opponent after OU & start breaking them down to see how you'll defeat them?
Do you just drink all week & hope the weekend is as painless as possible & wish it was over already?
Do you dust out the 05 video's & watch them instead of the game that's on TV this weekend?
Just curious what a fan does when they know they are about to have their annual ass raping at the hands of the Cradle of College Football.
