Anyone else skip most of the warmups? I do them if I have time, but 10 minutes is excessive for some of the workouts. How "warm" do you have to be to do pushups and pullups?
Also, as utexas theorized earlier, P90X definitely reduces Crossfit conditioning. I tried a CF total on Saturday after two weeks of P90X - I lost about 30 lbs on my squat. Threw in some bench press and lost about the same. But my wife is liking my already more visible abs. I'm not crazy about my noticeably (to me) smaller arms. I'm thinking about keeping at least one strength day a week, probably the day before rest/stretch day, and considering the strength loss as a reset so I can start adding more weight every workout again.
