And it's kicking my butt. I'll be done just in time for my 32nd birthday and a cruise to Jamaica/Grand Cayman/Cozumel.
I started the year off at 294. Through diet and working I'm down to 255. It was time to get a real and scheduled plan and I just really like what this plan offers. I've played sports my entire life and didn't get above 235 until after UT (6'3 big build) but ballooned up to over 300. At 31 years old it was a bunch of crap, so here I am.
I'll try and keep it updated and tell everyone how it goes.
