I subscribe to both BurntOrangeBeat and Orangebloods and you people seem to be angry for no good reason. I will say that the majority of posters on Orangebloods appear to be absolute $#@!ing morons, but what I don't see is what that has to do with the quality of the information.

And what makes you think he didn't call a "source"? Ketch responded to the original thread with "Do you know something I don't?" and then responded 30 minutes later with "good scoop," before posting his own thread. It makes perfect $#@!ing sense to me that he called his connections during those 30 minutes and found someone else to confirm the story. I mean, according to GerryH's site, Allen had been cross training since Friday at practice, so plenty of people knew about it. I will say this, I didn't really appreciate that Ketch's story didn't mention the original poster (i.e., as first reported by...), but I have seen absolutely nothing to make me believe he didn't confirm with someone during those 30 minutes.

The same thing happened on BurntOrangeBeat, someone pointed out the original post on OB to GerryH and Bragg, they made a call to one of his contacts, and confirmed the story. I guarantee you Gerry knew what he was talking about. Their story included more information, like whether it was a permanently move, that it had been going on since Friday, that wasn't in the original post on Orangebloods.

By the way, on the J'Covan stuff, you are right to make fun of Orangebloods on that. As GerryH has said, there is no "almost" through the clearinghouse. No one gets updates on progress. My take on that is they keep getting taken in by people close to J'Covan who are feeding false information (or maybe in their mind, it is "close").
