Hi Linda. Allow me to give my honest understanding of what has transpired.
- You were present at the deposition that was videotaped
- Because the results of the deposition were unusual, the tape was not filed away and forgotten.
- It was either played for general amusement or as a teaching tool.
- For decades though, it was only played locally.
- During that time, you settled down, got some training and a respectable job.
- Yet someone, you suspect law students and deviant lawyers, would occasionally reach out to mock you.
- With the advent of the Internet and "social media," the tape was made available to the general public (worldwide).
- This wasn't done with any bad intent, but for general amusement without any regard for your family.
- There was likely an uptick in the number of mocking interactions you received as a result.
- Once you saw the video, you tied it back to the mocking interactions.
- You objected to the video being used and made public, speaking out against the lawyers.
- This roughly coincided with the tragic death of your grandson, who you had raised since he was a toddler.
- In your grief, in trying to make sense of that senseless loss, you tied the two incidents together.
- You are angry at lawyers because they subjected you to mockery for decades and then had your grandson killed.
I think the first is true, although unintentional. They played the tape and had a few laughs at your expense, but didn't orchestrate any effort to harass your family. I think your belief they arranged the murder of your grandson is wrong.
Andrea' was likely murdered by a young thug for no good reason. It happens every day in this country. You wanted to see the guilty party severely punished and it seemed as though the lawyers were working to prevent that.
That is no doubt correct, but not for the reasons you believe. When the lawyers on this site aren't being $#@!s, they do a good job of explaining why every defendant is entitled to the presumption of innocence and the best defense possible. They would be derelict in their duties if they didn't provide that.
The courts and law enforcement agencies have their hands full, so they are often not as diligent and thorough in seeking the truth and punishment that the survivors of the victims would like. That appears to be the case here. You still have questions and the "plea" of 30 years seems insufficient. But from the prosecutors' point of view, 30 years could be a good plea because they were not confident in their evidence and/or they didn't want to through a lengthy process when the result might be the same or even worse (found not guilty).
I wanted to provide that outside perspective because I think you could use it.
I'm sorry for your loss. I regret you're filled with anguish.
It's going to eat you alive if you don't find a way to forgive.

Yes, some of your theory is correct but no it was others lawyers who plotted my grandson killing and I know this. One day this will come to the light, I had just gradated from medical school receivd my first degree from medical school. Worked normally two jobs did not allow my ex-neighbors who had my home burgarlized keep me down with the lies they mad up and told these dirty police officers with HPD. See after I moved to a new neighborhood due to my profession I thought I would not be trouble by these ex-neighbors but I was wrong they used these same laws that cover up them selling drugs and dope to neighborhood kids and used them in criminal acts.
Some of these same police officers had friends in Harris County District Attorneys offices playing illegal favors and this has contniue as of this day.
A dirty attorney attempt to extort $5,000 dollars out of me for appearing at one time hearing when he did nothing and told me if the decision is not in my favor that is it , I need to find another attorney to represent me. I request the judge more time to get the appriaote medical reports which I obtain and sent them to this judge and win the case. Well after I refuse to pay him once he learned from this agency I had receivd this payment he filed with a justice of the peace court which does not have any jurisdiction with a federal decision. I report this back to the federal judge and this justice of the peace who was this attorney friend and attorney both was upset and started to harass my grandson when he was in middle school.He was given a trauncy citation for not going to school and these absent days was always excused due to his chronic illness-Asthmatic.
This justice of th peace was always trying to attack me and my grandson. I even had a false complaint submitted to the board whereas I rec'd my license where as thisb attorney had a HPD officer write up a false report as if I was calling his office threating him.I had changed my home phone number to keep him from calling me because in my last letter to him certified I had told him to cease all calls to me and offer to apy him the $125.00 federal judge same was a normal fee to apy him for that 1 hour of the hearing. So he sent this phony lies to license board and I had to send all these documents and it was this dirty attorney attempt to extort money out of me , which I had to send all docments from federal as well.
No, he did not stop I learned recent he was one of these law proffesor teaching and using this illegal video tape at Texas Southern Law School.Then he would get with other attorneys when he learns of any of my legal issues etc. This is a poor sicko scheming off poor people for his on life surving. It is many I know which has did illegal $#@! lke one would use other people name as mine. One incident was with a home claim and Farmer Ins. attempt to pretend they ad just paid me for a claim when they had never adjusted my home at all. It was one of their own employee gave up the other Linda Johnson address and caim number which I then contact and she expose them.Farmer Ins. aploized but this was terrible wrong like I said this lady address, policy, driver license, date of birth and social security number and mine was not even the same so how could that been a mistake. Our mortgage company was not even the same. My home was only 6 years old her was like over 30 years old.
Then it was other people with the same name that these old attorney was on a witch hunt but I was not breaking any laws. I never drink, use street drugs or smoke at all.It is many other details which i can not disclose but yes I am sure this thug will talk in due time.

I actually know a lady like this. She comes by our offices sometimes and talks at great length about her battles with the FBI, police, lawyers and state government. It's hard to know what is actually true or not. But it's like shes trying to raise her status by describing her in-depth issues with professionals, politicians and government authorities.

Like I said I have several degrees in medical field. Maybe you need to examine your life and hope what has happen to me an my family never happen to you and your family memebrs. I never been a victium of the FBI. I did have to testify for them before in a federal case about some corrupt political folks who went to fedreal prison.

Let me give you my interpretation of what you stated.
- You worked two jobs after finishing your schooling and moved to a better neighborhood
- You had accused your former neighbors of drug dealing and they in turn told the police a falsehood about you.
- This led to charges being filed against you and a court date.
- An attorney billed you $5,000 for representing you although he was ineffective and did little.
- He would not help you appeal the decision and told you to find another attorney.
- You obtained some medical reports and the case was dismissed.
- The attorney wanted his $5,000.
- You refused to pay because you didn't feel like he had done anything to earn it.
- He got a local judge he knew to rule that the debt was valid.
- You cried foul and objected to the higher court.
- The lawyer and justice of the peace were either sanctioned or publicly embarrassed
- Or possibly nothing happened but the lawyer began to harass you because he wanted the money.
- He began using legal means to make your life difficult in order to get you to pay.
- It was reported your grandson didn't seem to be going to school. I'm confused here though. Does this go back to what the neighbors told the police and the "medical reports" you showed the judge proved he was Asthmatic?
- The attorney continued to harass you seeking payment. He filed a complaint with the board that issued your license.
- He or someone representing him called you repeatedly seeking payment. You changed your phone number and sent them a certified "cease and desist" letter disputing the validity of the debt.
- In that letter, you offered him a settlement. Since he had represented you for one hour you offered what you were told is the going rate for an attorney: $125 an hour.
- He still asserted he was owed $5,000 because that was what you had agreed to.
- This attorney has a teaching position at the South Texas College of Law.
- It is there where the video of that past deposition was circulated.
- You had an incident with Farmers Insurance that you find suspcious.
- You've subsequently had trouble getting good legal representation even though you are a good citizen who works hard and does not drink, use street drugs or smoke.
Linda, this is what I see:
- A dispute over a debt.
- Trouble finding good legal representation because the attorney you have a problem with is well-connected and the deposition video is legendary in local circles.
- An error on the part of the insurance company (if they suspected organized fraud they would go after the attorneys).
I think you've run into a stone wall in seeking help from the authorities because the attorney is not only well-regarded but technically (not morally) in the right when it comes to the debt.
What I don't see is any motivation to have your grandson killed.

No some things you say are correct but I won the federal complaint. This attorney never gave me a such fee until he learned what my settlement was. That is when he started to demand that amount.Yes, the complaint was due to my grandson.But this corrupt ;awyer was exposed as well as one of his associate who reffered people to him both of them was under federal investigation for attempting to extort money from clients when he would do the same as he did in my hearing.
I learned that this attorney taught at Texas Southern Law School and South Texas Law School were this video has been played for many years to law student which was illegal.
Nor as far as these neighbor both end up in prison for manufacturing drus and delivery -sentnce long term. Now many of thee police offficers whonnwas having sex wih these minor still work as police offficers and the ones who had many these teenage boys selling drus, auto theft still employes but was much involved with these kids criminal illegal acts. Then the Harris County District Attorneys office cover up these dirty cops doing. But these teenagers are being release after spending many year bar hide these bars and many players has to sleep one eye open and one closed.
