I was a row above you, OP. I didn't actually see any of this go down, but you did explain the mystery of where the UT Pimp went. Guy was a blast during pregame, a fun drunk, but then he just disappeared, Colombia style. The guys behind me (one in Notre Dame garb, the other dressed neutral but telling anyone who would listen that he was a USC guy) also were yelling at people for standing on the bleachers. Everyone was doing it. Well, not us because we had really old people in front of us that sat 90% of the game, which was kind of awesome for us.
Oh, and the OP is full...CHOCK FULL...of pure unadulterated win.

Let me start by saying I will not be able to come anywhere close to giving this story the justice it deserves. But, I have never laughed so hard in a Holiday Inn Express breakfast area at 1 AM in the morning as when "PimpDaddy" (our name for him and is costume) told us his story.
btw, he wore that getup all over Austin this past Halloween.
also, he was pretty embarrassed about the whole night, we laughed with him, and then try to get him to shrug it off...
he's one of my best friends. UT grad in Chemistry works for major player in IT hardware now.
Boot heels "had" two red die in each.
He was definitely in the wrong place at the wrong time. The photo that Hornmafia's esposa took was right after he had slipped on some water. They said he was causing a disturbance. They kindly took him down to where Pasadena's "finest" gather all sorts of "nice people".
He missed the whole game. They broke one of the boot heels. He had to walk back to Rose Bowl parking lot barefooted because his boots were lopsided (one heel broken). He did find a cab after walking over a mile. We had his cell phone so he couldn't let us know he had been released. The Pasadena police (at the stadium) told me they would release him at midnight.
Could go on and on about the day of tailgating and the night recovering PimpDaddy... maybe another time... my post has rambles long enough
btw we are proud tailgaters from Lot 7 (across from the Bob Bullock)
