I had the bad feeling for awhile that Bourn wasn't going to be around much longer - lead-off guys need high OBP and he hadn't been getting that done the first half - if he can pick it up and keep going like he is now, I think we'll keep him around. I and he we/he do/does.

Only 7 games under. If we just keep winning series we could get very close to 0.500.

yeah, just looking at our schedule, we're about to come home for 10 games (lad(4)/mil/cincy), then go on the road for 10 (@wash(4)/@pitt/@cincy) then back home for 3 with the cubs.

6-4, 6-4, 2-1 is very realistic, and would have us finish at 80-82. obviously anything better gets us to .500. lots of those teams - especially cincy late, may not be playing for much, and it we seem to be playing like we are.

sidenote, we're 5-0 in series with the cubs this year.
