Salsa Verde

I am a huge fan of Salsa Verde, I'll put it on everything and love it

I found some recipes and stuff after searching (the damn thing worked!)

but I'm interested in what your guys favorite dishes are that use salsa verde.

For instance, I just made some egg whites and threw some salsa verde on there. it was fifty times better than using regular salsa.
I know its nothing special at all but it got me thinking about how I can imagine almost anything being delicious with it.

Are there any dishes you guys make that are awesome with the green sauce?
especially anything other than the usual enchiladas and tacos? though those are welcome also

I use it in marinade, with liquid smoke. On brisket.

Seriously though, if it's tart use it on a pulled pork sandwich. That's some good shit.

Has to be the sour kind though, replaces the vinegary sauce.


Also can be good mixed with a little olive oil on a cucumber/tomato/goat cheese salad. Again, replacing the lemon/vinegar.

I like to add some salsa verde and shredded colby jack on my Marie Calendar's chicken pot pie. Kinda gives it a King Ranch Casserole spirit to it.
