I am making fried catfish tonight, what sides and beverage to round out dinner sounds good?

Damn I'm still full. I like to make a horseradish/cocktail sauce to dip my catfish.
I did put some louisiana red pepper sauce in my red beans and rice, but I like the Cholula sauce in my red beans and rice as well.
The fried okra was awesome.
I was happy with my menu, it worked out well, I would recommend it.

Any fried fish of any kind must be accompanied by Western Salad:

1 12 oz. can pintos (drained)
1 sweet onion (chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 12 oz. sack of regular fritos
1 medium head lettuce (torn)
1 large tomato (diced)
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing (or to taste)

Toss all that shit up in a big bowl and get down. It's beautiful, man.
