When I enrolled at UT in 1973 the Cosmic Cowboy era was in full swing. I still love this stuff. It brings back memories of The Armadillo, Soap Creek Saloon, Inner Sanctum Records, The Rome Inn, Nothing Strikes Back and, of course, Oat Willie's.

You could argue that it's not Cosmic Cowboy material, and I would probably agree with you.

But I love the Guy, so to speak.

I'll add the Split Rail to that list. Frieda and the Firedogs on Sunday afternoon...75 cent pitchers of Shiner...DAMN, those were the good old days.
