$#@! Mosely. He should have stood in there and taken his beating like a man.
Who is that, Pacman's wife? I can't understand teh mexican.

I was watching in Italian hahaha. Ill take this 48 mins as an Italian lesson
mosley's face looked pretty beat up
Yes, they keep showing Pac-man's wife. I am glad I didn't pay for that $#@!. That was a horrible fight. Amazing he got $5M and Paquiaou got $20M.
Every time Mosley hugged, he whispered, "Thanks for the paycheck."
Pacquiao is just above and beyond anyone out there who is willing to fight. I add that last part because Floyd is on his level...but afraid he'll lose. He is not afraid of Manny but he is afraid of losing.
12 round sparing match, waaaaaaaaaaaaay to friendly
Sugar Shane's lady friend.
Reports are that PBF's next fight will be with Ortiz, that would actually be pretty cool, not sure if Ortiz could hang, but he's a great story, easy kid to root for
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/6...manny-pacquiao
I need to watch this fight again, for a couple of reasons- first of all, Shane Mosely is a very, very good, very professional fighter who happens to be finishing his career at a time when two immortals are using him to goad each other. Whether he was working from self preservation or defensive gameness, I'm not sure.
But second, I'm pretty sure I saw a weakness in Paq's approach that I hadn't seen before. Paq looked strangely unbalanced on his feet at times, like a kid faking a slight limp. I'm not sure it's real, and I'm wondering if he's trying to show PBF something that isn't there. Or maybe he's slipping.
Or maybe he was just slightly stung by the minor car accident that happened earlier Saturday.
I want to $#@! moselys wifey.
Holy $#@!, go to exactly 0:14 into that video. You can def. tell Mosley is an ass man. That thing is redonkulous. Also, g/f, not wife, g/f.

Tits and ass make you feel better whether you got your ass beat or not.
Like Freddy Roach said, "floyd is one bad NBA season away from signing to fight Manny." Floyd's gambling habits are well known and his lack of desire to pay the IRS meant that he had to have Golden Boy bail him out once already. I just hope floyd takes a beating with the Lakers-Mavs series and signs to fight Manny later next week.
That fight last night was total bull$#@!. Mosley ran away didn't want to engage in any seriousness at all. He admitted that he simply tucked his tail in the post fight interview, not wanting to get knocked out after the knock down in the 3rd. Terrible, simply terrible. He is done or should be. Pac chased him all night despite having leg cramps by the 5th-6th round as he stated in the post fight interview. Not Pac's best performance as he doesn't really have anthing against SM, just a payday kind of sparring match. And yeah, all the patty cake gestures was really irritating. Its the people in attendance and the thousand if not millions or PPV folks that lost here.
I think one of the biggest problems with this, is people are less likely to tune into imbalanced fights. I mean, you knew this fight was going to be heavily favored towards Manny. But for SM to not go balls out, or that's what it feels like, it was just plain boring to watch. People complain that boxing was one of the most elite sports a few decades ago, and they hate how things have changed. But the fact is, this kind of $#@! really turns audiences off. This fight gets hyped up, and someone drops $50 to watch the fight with a few of their friends. Then they watch this $#@! show. This only goes to hurt the future PPV opportunities. Personally, I love getting MMA PPV if there's a match I want to see. All of the fights are more interesting to me. I love to watch skilled fighters duke it out, but that was just a friendly sparring match with a guaranteed $25M purse attached.
This is getting $#@!ing embarrassing...
http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/box...ory?id=6561253It looks like Juan Manuel Marquez will get his long-awaited third fight with pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao.
Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN.com that he made a deal with Marquez on Tuesday in Los Angeles for the lightweight champion to move up in weight to challenge Pacquiao for his welterweight title on Nov. 12.
Arum, however, still needs to make a deal with Pacquiao -- considered a formality -- before the fight is official.
If the fight is finalized, they would meet at a contract weight of 144 pounds, Arum said. Although the weight is three pounds below the welterweight division limit of 147, that isn't an issue.
"Manny has to eat extra meals just to weigh even 145 pounds," Arum said.
Pacquiao regularly weighs below 147 for his fights, and Marquez would be moving up from the 135-pound division. In 2009, in his only other welterweight fight, Marquez lost a lopsided decision to Floyd Mayweather Jr., who most would like to see Pacquiao face. Most believe it would be the biggest money fight in boxing history, but Mayweather has repeatedly declined the fight.
Barring a gargantuan offer elsewhere, Pacquiao-Marquez Round III will be at Las Vegas' MGM Grand, where Pacquiao-Marquez Round I took place and where Pacquiao scored a lopsided decision against Shane Mosley on May 7.
With the Pacquiao fight on the line, Arum said Marquez plans to take a tune-up against faded former lightweight titlist David Diaz (36-3-1, 17 KOs) on July 2 in Mexico City. Diaz lost his title to Pacquiao via a lopsided ninth-round knockout in 2008.
Marquez's own promotional company will put the card on, although Arum said Top Rank would help if needed. Arum said Marquez's deal for the Pacquiao bout permitted him an interim fight as long as it takes place by July 17.
"He's going to do that fight, and if he loses, he's out," Arum said.
PacMan-Marquez is the only other fight that makes sense since Mayweather is not willing to fight Manny. It will be a good fight and will settle the controversy as to who really won the last fight. Marquez is a great fighter with heart and skills to match and will again be a tough test for Manny. Marquez better start drinking more of his own pee to get to that weight. I'm looking forward to this fight.
yeah, i don't know what spy meant by "embarrassing" unless he is referring to the fact that mayweather still wont fight pacquiao. pacquiao/marquez is probably the best fight in boxing behind pacquiao/mayweather.
hopkins-pascal 2 is this weekend on hbo. should be a good fight, first one was surprisingly good.
There's no "controversy". Anyone that knows anything about boxing knows Marquez got robbed twice. Just like anyone that knows anything about boxing knows why this fight was made at 144. Marquez tops out at 135. Pac-Man should knock him out within 6. Hopefully at some point people start seeing that Manny is cherry-picking his fights also. He's gotten a pass, because of Mayweather's pussy-ass.
The guy has fought anyone put in front of him and will fight Mayweather if Mayweather stop avoiding him. Manny is the best there is at the moment and I respectfully disagree with you that Marquez got robbed in both fights. Its a close one each fight but perhaps Marquez shouldn't get his ass knocked down each time he fights PacMan. But I do agree with you that PacMan will probably knock him down again and perhaps knock him out, period.

As to Pacquiao, I don't know who else is out there for him to fight aside from Mayweather.
Maybe Victor Ortiz at Welter. Speaking of that, why is Berto still ranked #3? Is there that much of a dearth of talent in the division? I thought Berto looked like $#@!, and I'm waiting for his impressive victory.
I heard Atlas saying Pacquiao should fight Sergio Martinez at some catch weight. I like Atlas on FNF, but are you kidding me? The 160 lb division? No way, dude.
So Pac's issue is just I don't think there is anyone on his level at his weight class, unless he just gets too distracted in the politics.
Stoked for the Froch v. Johnson fight Saturday night. Should be a good slug fest.
http://sports.sho.com/#/boxing/videos/564
i really need to get showtime. wanted to watch andre ward a couple of weeks ago and didn't get to thanks to no showtime.
froch beats johnson by majority decision. didn't see it, but am definitely going to have to get showtime for the final between froch and andre ward.
Parts of that fight were really good, but it seems Froch was just too fast for the old man, who carried some power early, then took some rounds off, then things got interesting again. Either Froch has a hell of a chin, or Johnson's punches are not what they used to be, even though they look tremendous. Froch has certainly looked better to me as a boxer ever since his fight with Dirrell. Hell of a $#@!y fighter, too. The Froch v. Ward fight should be $#@!ing epic. Better than any PPV offering we've had lately. It is why I don't buy PPV fights--they're almost always over hyped let downs. Better off with 10 bucks a month for some good fights.
Haven't watched Chavez Jr's fight, yet. Have it on the DVR, though. I don't see anyone at middleweight beating Sergio Martinez right now.

OK, watched Chavez Jr.'s fight, and I'm not too impressed. Zibik was apparently 15 lbs lighter (at least), and he kept hitting Chavez Jr. flush with no real effect. Chavez Jr. either has zero defensive skills, or he knew Zibik couldn't hurt him. Either way, a real puncher would have killed Jr. that night. Oh, and his foot work was $#@!ty, too. Looks clumsy in there.
And Arum has made it real clear with his posturing that he won't have Jr. fight Sergio Martinez. He's saying otherwise, but he knows Martinez would kill his golden goose. I would expect them to continue to match him up with fringe fighters that don't pose real threats.

http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/box...ory?id=6634945Floyd Mayweather Jr., a former five-division champion and one of the top pound-for-pound stars of the era, will end a 16-month layoff when he challenges welterweight titlist Victor Ortiz on Sept. 17.
"My fans have been waiting long enough. Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz. Sept 17, 2011 for the WBC world championship," Mayweather tweeted Tuesday afternoon to make the announcement.
Details of the pay-per-view fight, including which network will handle it and the specific site, are being worked out, Golden Boy's Richard Schaefer, Ortiz's promoter, told ESPN.com.
But Mayweather said he will be ready.
"I am ready to return to the ring and give my fans a fantastic night of boxing by fighting the best out there and for me, that is Victor Ortiz," Mayweather said. "He is the current champion and an extremely talented fighter who showed amazing skills, and heart, in his last performance against Andre Berto.
"At this stage of my career, these are the challenges I look for, a young, strong, rising star looking to make his mark in boxing by beating me. Like the rest of my opponents, he is going to try to prove that he can beat me. I commend him for accepting the fight, but on Sept. 17, Ortiz is just going to be another casualty, the 42nd one who tried and failed. Trust me, I will be ready."
Ortiz (29-2-2, 22 KOs), 24, was the 2008 ESPN.com prospect of the year and one of boxing's rising stars. The southpaw from Garden City, Kan., now based in Oxnard, Calif., moved up from junior welterweight and outpointed Berto to win a welterweight title on April 16. It was a thrilling fight -- a leading fight of the year candidate -- in which Ortiz and Berto both were knocked down twice.
"I respect Mayweather because he has been a champion for many years and I know he will be ready, but so will I," Ortiz said. "I'm a strong fighter and I have worked really hard to silence my critics. I'm a world champion for a reason and I am not going to let go of my title any time soon. This is going to be a great fight, but I will remain a world champion for many years to come."
"I am ready to return to the ring and give my fans a fantastic night of boxing by fighting the best out there and for me, that is Victor Ortiz," Mayweather said.
Hmmmm, yeah, what a shocker eh? Mayweather is a big pussy no matter what his record says. Hope Ortiz gets lucky and knock his ass out.
ortiz actually has some power. surprised mayweather is willing to fight him.
I just hope Mayweather gets to Pacman before he hits too high in age...hes already up there. Mayweather in his 20s would crush Pacman. I loathe the guy but his technique and speed are unreal. His biggest problem in a fight with pacman would be his age slowing him down and such, and if Pacman is the aggressor and Mayweather the typical defensive fighter, that can often look bad on scorecards. The whole Hopkins-Calzaghe $#@! showed us that. The fact that bernard hopkins lost was such horse$#@!.
I for one am pumped that the PBF/Ortiz fight came together, it's not the one everybody wants but it's still a fight that will garner a lot of attention.
Ortiz was terrific against Berto...it would be tough to think he could win the fight but one thing is that Ortiz is a really easy kid to root for, he has a very inspiring back story, should work wonders for the promotion.
Just please let HBO get this fight, the 24/7 would be a must watch.
Friday Night Fights is at the Frank Erwin Center this friday, btw.
