Inspired by Star Pizza's "Salsa Verde" pizza. Not a very complex operation.
All ingredients from HEB:
-Frozen pizza dough
-Tomatillo sauce (HEB brand)
-Roasted poblano pepper
-Cubed baked chicken breast
-Melted butter/garlic for crust
Move the frozen pizza dough from the freezer to the fridge in the morning before work. It should be thawed but still firm enough to stay competent by the time you need to toss it that evening. Put a little bit of normal white flour on the dough to toss it out but put cornmeal on your board to allow for an easy transfer to the hot pizza stone. +rep for whichever shag user suggested the cornmeal. Spread the tomatillo sauce and add the feta.
Add the Monterrey Jack
Add the chopped roasted poblano and cubed chicken breast
Add the roasted garlic
Brush the crust with the garlic butter before putting it in the oven. Be sure to pre-heat the pizza stone at 450 for a long time or the bottom center of your crust will be a little underdone.
Easy and delicious.
