That would be better than all of us having the same number of SRs, JRs, SOs, FRs, at each position and fighting for the same recruits moreso than we already would.

I'm alright with custom teams and choosing either Average Joes or a B rated team's roster. We should define which of the B rosters are okay though because Texas has B+'s across the board. Does an A and a C average to a B?
The first rating is the "Overall" team rating. It goes Overall, Offense, Defense, Special Teams.
So could we just say, any team rated B+ or lower, not in the top 25? Or do we want to do B? I would imagine we would be free to names our players anything we wanted.
Let's do this, I want to start building my team. Any suggestions for team names, or are we free to do whatever we want? Should we make shaggy themes, or maybe our high school teams?
I would say B. Too many really strong B+ teams. And yeah, you can name players' names to whatever, just don't change attributes.
Quick question, if we are all doing high schools, and we all most likely went to school in Texas, won't that mean an additional 6+ DI teams fighting for Texas recruits?
This all sounds great to me. So why don't we all use templates of the teams we had already called?
Cool, sounds good. Making my team now. So are we going to have everyone use different templates or can three different teams have a RGIII clone?
Also, are we OK to use Average Joes, Air It Out, Ground Attack, or Option Attack?
I went with Kentucky as my Template.
So we get 3 A's, 3 B's, and 4 C's for the different program ratings?
This is what I have seen in other Teambuilder Dynasties. 3 A's, 3 B's, and 3 C's. Then Pro Potential and TV Exposure are D's because they will increase (I think.) I just dont think it would be fun for everyone to have A's for tradition, pro potential, and TV (which I assume everyone would do.)
Cool sounds good. My team is almost complete.

No, but they dont look too much better, but to be safe we should probably just stick with a B roster, or Average Joes
Can I make an argument to open SMU's roster? They're "B+" but they have a B+, B, B- just like some other "B" opens
Is it too late to join? If not, give me Tennessee and a week or two time to join in.

Is everyone doing a team builder team? Or can I still be Clemson?
**OFFICIAL RULES**
1. Create your own program using teambuilder.
2. Make your prestige 4-stars. Otherwise, you can call your team whatever you want, locate it wherever you want, etc.
3. For your program attributes, you can distribute 3 A's, 3 B's, and 3 C's however you want, but Pro Potential and TV Exposure must be D.
4. For your roster, you can use the roster of any of the following schools (to see their Off/Def/ST ratings, click here):
Air Force
Baylor
BYU
Cal
ECU
Fresno State
Georgia Tech
Houston
Illinois
Kentucky
Louisville
Nevada
Purdue

The Monster State Angry Gorillas are created, using Virginia as a template.
Should we all be in same state to make recruiting more personal? I think I may switch to Texas anyways
Well I used Kentucky as my template but put my team in New Castle, Penn. I guess I love slow white linebackers. How does conference affiliation work? Do we all start off as independents, or can we pick a conference to join right off the bat?
Edit: Team Name: Scone University Picts (Scottish Heritage)
