Any Experience with Outdoor Box-Type Fans Like Fancy Golf Greens Have in Trees?

Not wimpy and not asking about ceiling fans.

Anyone have ideas or experiences with cheap fans I could put in trees to try and cool off a small concrete area?

HD has several industrial looking box and pedestal fans for indoors like garages and warehouses, but I am thinking about something that mounts semi-permanently in a tree and would be exposed to the elements (if it ever rains again).

Maybe I'll start looking at the mister types they have on restaurant patios.

    Any recs or ideas?

I have heard it is to keep bent grass greens from frying, but that is the kind of rugged fan I have in mind.

Good luck finding a reasonably priced fan that is designed to last in the rain.

Just get one from HD. It's never going to rain again.
